Submission Guidelines
Guidelines for Blogs and Vlogs:
- Issue of blog or vlog must be relevant and far-reaching for the deaf and hard of hearing community’s quality of lives. Good examples: ADA, Captioning. Bad examples: Deafhood.
- Use common sense. No ad hominem attacks.
- Must cite sources on where you based your information from. People will respect and listen more when you provide facts that can be independently verified to support your opinion.
- For vlogs, please have either subtitles or a text transcription provided.
Recommendations:
It is suggested that if you want the readers to take action on a particular issue, that you provide the contact information for them.
